According to the Cambridge English Dictionary Holistic means dealing with or treating the whole of something and not just a part. About Alignment the Dictionary says an arrangement in which two or more things are positioned in a straight line or parallel to each other. Related words and phrases are balance, harmonious and realign. 

More and more we become aware as a human race that everything is connected. So an action or a delay of an action influence other parts. The circle around the tree in my logo symbolizes this oneness. 

In my coaching I divide our life into 6 different areas. All areas must have a positive contribution to our live, so to the other areas. Then there is an optimal oneness. If this is out of balance, sooner or later stress, irritation, anger, illness, etc. will arise in one or more areas. 

The 6 areas are Business, Me, myself and I, Family, Health, Relax and Environment.
