When I was thinking about my coaching practice I asked myself what are my core values.
It turned out to be 7. 

Love 

Love is a high frequency of energy. It is our essence and our source. Without love there is no value to whatsoever. So do what you love and love what you do and you’ll have a rich life. 

Calmness 

It is important to know where the calmness comes from. My calmness comes from the knowing that all is well. All is exactly as it supposed to be and I can choose any second to do different. So everything is because I chose so. The second reason for my calmness is knowing that I’m not alone. I can always ask for and will receive help. 

Flexible 

I am flexible. Nothing in life is a straight line and I have the ability to adapt to the circumstances. Flexibility prevents my from breaking. 

Rooted 

I am connect to the source and to the earth. Because of this connection I receive love, guidance and energy. I am one with all. 

Healthy 

Health is an expression of one’s own love. By cleaning up my shit, paying attention to what I eat and exercising, I ensure a healthy body. In return, the body gives me the opportunity to participate in life and to experience it through the senses.

Grow 

In every experience and challenge lies a possibility to grow.

Grace 

I live from the realization that everything is given to me, nothing is self-evident and out of gratitude to the source I call God.
